1. At Beejvan Industries Private Limited, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully.

      Return Eligibility

• Customers may request a return within 2 (two) days from the date of successful delivery of the product.
• To be eligible for a return:
• The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
• The product must be returned in its original packaging with all labels intact.
• A valid proof of purchase (Order ID or Invoice) must be provided.
• Any return request received after 2 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.

     Non-Returnable Items

• For hygiene and food safety reasons, the following products are not eligible for return or refund unless they are damaged, defective, expired, or an incorrect item was delivered:
• Opened food products
• Used products
• Products with broken or tampered packaging
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage by the customer

• please contact us within 48 hours of delivery along with: Order ID
• Clear photos of the product
• Photos of the outer packaging
• An unboxing video (if available)
• After verification, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund, as applicable.

      Refund Process

• Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3 to 7 business days.
  The actual credit time may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment service provider.

      Return Shipping

• If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, defective, or expired product), we will bear the return shipping cost.
• If the return is requested for any other eligible reason, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges, unless otherwise stated.

  Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
• Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Customers may request a return only if it is eligible under this policy.

   Right to Refuse Return

• We reserve the right to refuse any return or refund request if:
• The request is made after the allowed return period.
• The product is used, opened, damaged by the customer, or not in its original condition.
